I am pleased to inform you, that 3 rural women and a new colleague of HTA/ComNet will be travelled to Kaunas from Hungary.
We would have supported our rural women with this trip to Lithuania to open the community and know different culture and other rural women from EU-countries. Our new colleague, Ms Carmen Malya speaks well English and Russian - so we hope, she will assist effectively our programme and meetings.

5th eCulture Conference – Cultur of the Net Communities On 8th June, 211, was hold a conference in Budapest, Buda Vigado Theatre, directed by the Hungarian Institute for Culture and Art. What can we do as educational professionals, artist, civil society organizations in order to reach the visitors to make more successful programs, activities or services? What kind of options are, what you should pay attention to the ongoing community life affects at us?

This year celebrated the 10th anniversary of the “Click it, Grandma!” course. In May, 2011, on all day of prize game colored jubilee program, all graduates, elderly and visitors were expected. Grand prize was a laptop, sponsored by UPC Hungary Ltd.

13th May, 2011 - in Ecser - Rábay Miklós Community Centre of the Hungarian Telecottage Association hold its conference of delegates, who was entertrained in the beautifully renovated building of Central Hungarian Regional area . 40 people attended, who came from different parts of the country. In the context of conference: discussing the future of telecentres, chances and opportunities within the framework of a rather personal conversation. The delegates elected a new Board, too. HTA has an inter- and national Brand, also they are able to join to some projects as civil partner.

A National Seminar will be held in Manavgat-Antalya, Turkey on MW-Sonet project aims and activities. All rural community members are invited to the event.

3rd project partners meeting is planned 16-19 (20) March, 2011 in Antalya, Turkey. On 18th March project partners will have the possibility to participate in public conference for rural women.

Lystbækgård in Denmark is host for a creative and innovative workshop and exhibition on native sheep crafts, gathering women and men from the Building Bridges, Oats, MW-Sonet and Sheepskills. Artists from Iceland, Denmark and other European countries will work together with materials like wool, filt, skin, meet, horn and other natural materials. There will be different workshops and opportunities to exchange ideas and develop new skills.
